Let the Beam Shine Clearly!

The Friends of Barnegat Lighthouse State Park organization continues to ensure that the beam shines brightly by contracting to have the beacon room windows cleaned twice a year.

We would like to express our thanks to Renee Holzwarth of North End Window Washing for her fine work.
Magnetic World Map
Added to the Interpretive Center

Visitors come to Barnegat Lighthouse State Park from near and far.  Upon visiting the Interpretive Center, one can appreciate the distances traveled to our park by viewing our new magnetic world map on display.  All of us are proud to know how appreciated Old Barney is in all 50 U.S. states and around the world.  A pin indicates visitors from each of 56 countries around the world.  All 50 U.S. states are represented.

All guests are encouraged to sign our Log of Visitors.
